Refund window for courses
You may request a full refund of an online course within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not completed more than 25% of its content. Requests made after this window, or after passing that threshold, are reviewed case by case.
Downloadable guides and tools
Because guides and tools are delivered instantly as files, they are non-refundable once downloaded. If a file is faulty or does not match its description, contact us and we will replace it or refund it in full.
How to request a refund
Send your request to info@daleelconsult.org from the email address on your account, including the order reference and the reason. We acknowledge every request within two working days.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned in US dollars to the same account or card used for the purchase, normally within 14 working days of approval. Bank transfer fees charged by your bank are not refundable by the centre.
Activation codes and institutional programmes
Access obtained through an activation code is not refundable in cash. Institutional and tailored training programmes follow the cancellation and refund terms set out in the signed agreement with the organization.
