Data We Collect
We collect the data you provide when creating an account or making a purchase: name, email address, phone number, and organization. We also collect platform usage data such as the courses you follow and your progress in them.
How We Use Your Data
We use your data to activate your access to content, issue certificates, improve course quality, and send the platform notifications you have opted into. We do not sell your data and do not share it for external marketing purposes.
Payments and Your Rights
Card details are processed by an external payment provider and card numbers are never stored on our systems. You can request access to your data, correction of it, or deletion of your account by writing to info@daleelconsult.org, and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Content Licence
A purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to view the content and use the tools within your organization. Republishing, reselling, or using the content in commercial training without written permission from Al-Daleel Center is prohibited.
Refund Policy
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not passed 25% of the course content. Downloadable guides and tools are non-refundable once downloaded. Institutional programmes follow the terms of the signed agreement.
